Photo Spot Included in Vredeburg Museum

TEMPO Interactive, YOGYAKARTA:As of March, Vredeburg Port Museum in Yogyakarta will boast a photo room in the statue area. “The room will have replicas of Indonesian heroes,” the port’s education division chief, Suseno, told Tempo, on Saturday.

The statues will measure 1.5 – 2 meters high. Ten heroes will be made in the initial stage.

In addition to the photo room, Vredeburg will also open a play area for children. The museum is expected to be visited by 400 people every day. “We hope the facility can provide new inspiration and not always be focused on ancient things,” he said.
