Malinda Dee’s Questioning Postponed

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:The trial over an alleged corruption case involving Malinda Dee and embezzled Citibank funds has been postponed after the prosecutor admitted he was unprepared.

“We didn’t bring the investigation documents because we just came from the state confiscated goods office,” prosecutor Helmy said yesterday.

The indicted and a witness were scheduled to be questioned at the trial. However, Malinda’s lawyer Januardi Ariwibowo said the witness was still overseas. The trial will be continued tomorrow.
